    • $350 call-out fee (covers travel up to one hour away and first hour of labor)

    • $200/hour labor after the first hour

    • Travel is $100/hour if location is beyond an hour away

    • Parts, supplies, or materials billed separately

    • Invoice balance communicated to client at completion

    • Emergency call out fee is $600

    • Emergency labor is $400/hr after first hour

    • Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm

    • Closed Sat, Sun, public holidays

    • 7-day labor warranty covers workmanship only

    • Excludes: water quality, electrical/plumbing, misuse, or outside service

    • Manufacturer warranties apply to parts/equipment (labor/travel not included)

    • No coverage on consumables (filters, gaskets, seals)

    • Warranty work must be pre-approved

    • Additional coverage void if improper install, poor filtration, or third-party work

    • No warranty on outside contractor work (painting, plating, custom electronics)

    • NY state & local sales tax charged unless exempt

    • Cash, Zelle, major credit cards accepted

    • Payment due upon receipt

    • Late fees may apply (up to maximum allowed by law)

    • All sales final

    • Warranty coverage applies as detailed above

    • No refunds on parts, equipment, or services

    • Coffee Redeemer, Corp. may refuse service if unsafe/hazardous conditions are found (e.g., wrong outlets). Standard call-out fee still applies
